We provide services to the open source software UDT and Sector/Sphere. As the architect and main contributors to the software, we can help rapidly deploy, configure and tune your systems that use UDT and/or Sector/Sphere. In addition, we can support your software development either by providing training/tutoring/debugging services or simply with a sub-contract on the related part of your system.

With these dedicated services, we can help you reduce the project development time (since your engineering team can spend less time to learn using UDT and Sector/Sphere) and release the project earlier. Meanwhile, we can also make sure that your system is running at the best performance. And time and performance matters!

Standard Consulting

The daily based standard consulting includes the following items:

• Tutorials and training on UDT or Sector/Sphere
• Installation
• System diagnosis and performance tuning

Service may be performed over multiple calendar days (with total work time limited to 1 business day) if necessary. Additional travel expense may be applied (except for Chicago and NYC area), if applicable. Services for UDT and Sector/Sphere are separated.

Premium Subscription

The yearly based subscription service provides:

• answer unlimited questions related to UDT or Sector/Sphere within 1 business day.
• unlimited debugging and system diagnosis
• report to clients immediately about bugs found and improvement made to the software.

Additional travel expense may be applied (except for Chicago and NYC area), if applicable. Time for debugging and system diagnosis may depend on the nature of the problem. Subscriptions to UDT and Sector/Sphere are separated.

Customized Service and Contract

We provide customized Service and contracted work for other issues that are not covered by standard consulting and premium subscription. Such issues may include software/code customization, system maintenance, system design, implementation, and integration, etc.

If your projects involve with large data transfer/distribution, storage, and processing, our products and services may help. We offer free on-site project requirement review for customers in Chicago and greater NYC area. Customers in other areas are welcome to discuss the requirements by phone and/or email.
