Services

We provide services to the open source software UDT and Sector/Sphere. As the architect and main contributors to the software, we can help rapidly deploy, configure and tune your systems that use UDT and/or Sector/Sphere. In addition, we can support your software development either by providing training/tutoring/debugging services or simply with a sub-contract on the related components of your system.

With these dedicated services, we can help you reduce the project development time (since your engineering team can spend less time to learn using UDT and Sector/Sphere) and release the project earlier. Meanwhile, we can also make sure that your system is running at the best performance. And time and performance matter!

Standard Consulting

The daily based standard consulting includes the following items:

• Tutorials and training on UDT or Sector/Sphere
• Installation
• System diagnosis and performance tuning

Additional travel expense may be applied (except for Chicago and the greater NYC area). Services for UDT and Sector/Sphere are separated.

Customized Service and Contract Development

We provide customized Service and contracted work to meet customers' specific requirement. Such scenarios may include, but not limited to, software/code customization, code review, design and implementation of new features, system design and integration, etc.

We offer free on-site project requirement review for customers in Chicago and greater NYC area. Customers in other areas are welcome to discuss the requirements by phone and/or email.

We charge this service at per person*hour rate plus travel expenses and a management fee. Rates may vary depending on the nature of the projects.

Currently, we are particularly interested in taking long-term (yearly) contract to help build customers' data distribution, storage, and processing infrastructure.

Premium Subscription

The yearly based subscription service provides:

• answer unlimited questions related to UDT or Sector/Sphere.
• report to clients immediately about bugs found and improvements made to the software.
• offer discounts on standard consulting (25% up to the amount of this subscription fee) and customized services during the subscription period (10% up to the amount of this subscription fee).

Subscriptions to UDT and Sector/Sphere are separated.
